Yes, I would, particularly if the classroom is equipped with the appropriate tools for that. I think blogging is value tool to be used in the classroom because it is easy for both teachers and student and it gives huge opportunities to students to participate in the classroom. Though I am not a professional technology person, however, I would integrate any teaching idea to technology in which students will be much more motivated in classroom participation
ReplyDeleteI will use the blog to have students discuss a topic and share their opionions. They are welcome to provide any kinds of visual, audio, video adds to help each other understand their perspectives!
ReplyDeleteI can use it to send instructions to students about an assigenment or or a particular task, which I want them to perform.
ReplyDeleteIn fact,I might use it when I am in real need for it. Personally, as a student and a teacher, I really like to have direct communication with individuals who I am dealing with.

ReplyDeleteIt depends on the class seetings. If most of my students can't even afford to buy a computer, I don't see any reasons to have them use it.

ReplyDeleteI think it would be a good exercise for the students to learn how to use such technology. It is easy to use and it helps getting into the class contents rather quickly, so the teacher and the students time is equipped efficiently. I would use this technology in my future class rooms, if I have the appropriate facilitates. But I think I would spend the first class explaining how it works and making sure all of the students know how to work with it.
